“Great stay”

“I was very impressed with everything at the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember everyone's name so I could give them all a shout out! We had an amazing view and good was good. I liked that they even had fitness classes.”

“Great family place”

“I wanted to be close to snorkeling at Phil Foster Park. The room was clean, the property not so picked up. But it served my purpose. Walking distance to dive and snorkeling area.. didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all you needed to have a decent cook off. We only use this location for ending the day... Clean up and rest. Also I could hear the next apartment talking, but Turn the TV on and problem solved.. Did not like that there was an extra $100 charge for lot or something like……

“As it appears, the place was renovated in recent years: everything was clean and functioned well. Also the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is free and close to your room. The location is near to Singer Island and the small downtown of Lake Park.”

“Stayed here multiple times and this room was not like previous. Room had multiple areas of things being worn out and not visibly pleasing. The door wouldn’t shut all the way and could hear all kind of noises and feel the heat from outside.”

“Very charming on the outside. Wonderfully renovated on the inside. They are still renovating at the moment but you’re not in a construction zone. It was a nice hidden gem! Highly recommend!”

“Arrived late (2am) due to flight delay and when arrived no one was at front desk to check me in. I was calling for 30 mins and was thinking about where I would stay for the night if no one showed up. Finally front desk woke up and checked me in!”

“The room was clean, breakfast was good with lots of choices. Kris was very helpful with our large party. It goes down hill when Saturday night fire alarm, 11:30pm, had us evacuate. From then on, the elevator was out of order. We're on the 4th flr, no one ever asked if we would like a room change to a lower floor. It would have been nice if someone from the hotel reached out to ask how we were or gave us an option. I will never stay here again because no one made an attempt to reach out to any of……

“It was a nice staff and I would stay here again because of the convenience of the beach and it was clean. But, there is not much information provided anywhere so you have to ask for everything. The wait staff for food are terrible. No personality, act like it's killing them to wait on you. We were the only people there for lunch. The lightning in the rooms is terrible. Light over the toilet working sometimes. No clock at all in the room. They allow dogs so be prepared for ones that bark the……
